Too bad we're going to be in Port Angeles, and I'm going to have to work some this weekend!! But at least MarineHawk has his Duc.... I have the truck! :( Oh, and btw, it was GORGEOUS... I'll post some pics soon.

Oh yeah, you should see the "awesome" sunburn line I have from my motorcycle gloves... Paul's aren't nearly as bad, because he's got gloves that stop at the wrist. Mine... Yeah, they don't stop until halfway up my forearm.... :haha: But it was AWESOME! It only kinda rained on us the last day we were there... Nothing serious though!

The aloe vera makes it feel better, that's for sure... But it doesn't change the fact that my wrists and hands are white and the rest of my arms are red.... :) Wish I got to ride today.... It was 89 where I live today.... I've been in my apartment just about all day... Doing... Homework... :(

I know your pain with the homework and I had class tonight after work (taking two classes for 3.5 hours each so Mondays and Thursdays suck). School is getting old but I need to stick with it and get my Masters Degree for the resume, etc. when/if I find myself looking for a new job. Good luck with yours.

Oh goodness... I currently only work two days a week (Sunday's and Wednesday's), but I'm working on my Bachelor's.... Good luck on the Master's! You have a lot more drive than I do!! I'm so done with school!!! Definitely burnt out!

Erica, nah, no more drive, just capitalizing on using the education benefits. Make sure your old man "Devil Dog" Paul uses his. That piece of paper with a B.A. or B.S. on it pays off in the long run on the resume and opens a few doors. Good night all, I am off to the rack.

Yeah, Paul just graduated back in March with his B.S. He commissions in June, so he had to get it. :)

This has just been a dream of his that he's had for years, and its just awesome that they are coming true for him, but even moreso that I get to be a part of it all. I'm graduating just to appease the father. I would like to do it at my own pace, but my dad's stipulation to paying for our wedding was that I have to graduate first. So.... Here I go....

Nice, a free wedding is a good deal and if you have to finish your degree to get it, consider it a bonus and chalk one up for your Dad to provide the motivation. A college degree adds points to any resume.

Been working on my last paper since I got off of work but time for a break. I will prep the dirt bikes for tomorrow, load them up in the pick-up and put our riding gear in the back cab. Have a great weekend.

BTW, how was it ? We went down to Cannon Beach..The coast was beautiful.It was this side that turned out to be wet..lol. Glad we went though. We also went down to Rockaway to Tillamok...Great day...


But, hopefully out of the 25 days. At least this weekend they will be correct..:frusterated: would be nice to not have to just stare :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: at the bike and wish I was out there...

The coast was dry on Saturday but overcast. Had a great time hanging with Army buddies. Two of us tried to drain a keg of some Alaskan Amber Ale but didn't make a dent in it. The Steaks were good!

Like you say, at least this weekend will be nice, might actually ride the bike! The Bike Night thing is this Friday - will try that but it's not looking good.
