View Full Version : Women's Leathers?

Ok, so I'm starting to think leather is the way to go.. though I do love my textiles on hot summer days. :)

Do any of you recommend one brand over another? I would prefer a two piece, a opposed to trying to struggle into a one piece everytime I go for a ride. Not to mention at the Starbucks breaks you really DO want to take the jacket off at least. LOL

I'm looking at roughly $350 for the jacket and roughly $300 for pants. Are there any places to get these items for cheaper, or is this pretty much standard pricing?

Thanks!

I was leaning towards the Alpinestars.. two piece leather.

Go look at cycle gear at 90th/Stark in SE Portland. They have a good selection. Not a whole lot of womens gear at the time but you might find something that could work or at least point you in the right direction

  Yes they could. If you didn't live in the boondocks they would be right around the corner. You might try Beaverton Honda too. They are a little closer but not as big a selection

Beav Honda tends to have more, but I think they're more expensive....I would go to Beav Honda and try some on and then hunt around on the Internet for them.

do your research. you can find a two piece set for around $500. Find a store that has them and try them on to get your sizing and then order them through the internet.

Or you can talk to columbia river honda. They gave me $100 off msrp on my set of leathers.

I bought Frank Thomas at Cycle Gear. At the time, they had a better selection of women's gear. Things might be different now though. You might also check MotoCorsa. Kinda spendy but they'll have a good sale once in a while.
