Local Shops Idea

Perhaps we could create a sticky for each region of the local bike shops and services. This would help anyone looking for some place nearby to take their bike. My idea was, if anyone knows of a good bike shop and has an experience, PM the appropriate MOD and they will add a post to the sticky giving the contact info and a short BIO about the place. :yes:

I like that idea, and not to sound like a cheap bastard (Which I really am) but do you think that would cut into the idea of sponsored links and banners? maybe not. I dont know. whats everyone elses take on this?

its a compiled list by the members for the members!! SB.WS has a similar thread of "links to check out"

ahhhh....okay great. I guess the best place for it would be in the "Services" area under classifieds maybe?

It would be a bit of a chore, but a thread could be placed in each regional section of the shops in that area. But wherever you feel its best. Its just an idea. :2cents:
