How long do you cure your squid? :squid:
I've been marinating my squid for 27 years. Tried my first calamari at the age of nine. Grabbed a fistful of throttle on a CR100, popped the clutch and catapulted over an overturned boat. The Northwest mud tasted salty but satisfying. My first love was an RM80 named "Christine". When I hit the streets, I rode with the Ninjas along the Monongahela and Allegheny. Then I started going to mixers with Gixxers, whizzing with Fizzers, racing with F-you's, I mean F2's, raging RR's and now I roar with the apes. I'm soaked, captivated, engrossed, fascinated. In short, I'm marinated.
Out there is where I want to be.
