Did you ever find any boots Rev.?
I'll be selling my alpinestar short boots after my smx-3's get here. Probably about a week or so. Not a race boot, but VERY comfy and fit under pant-legs nicely. Waterproof too.

Crap, if your feet were a little smaller I have a pair of vintage (mid 90's) Alpinestars boots you can have. They are size 10 but fit more like a wide 11.
