road/trip report section?

I mentioned this at eugenesportbike.com already.
I'd like to suggest that a new section be created where people can report on their favorite roads, or routes. I envision some sort of "Pashnit Oregon" thing going on.

I've explored many of the great roads in Northern California during my years there, and I can say that Oregon has roads that are equal to or better than, the best there is down there.
We should be sharing information about these roads among ourselves, and we'd be doing a great service to motorcyclists who are new to Oregon, or planning a visit.

Even though I've been in Oregon for quite a few years now, I'm sure there are a lot of great roads nearby that I haven't tried out yet.

Does anyone else like this idea?

Seeing places you may have missed or were totally unaware of.

It's under all the other crap and says something like...northern oregon, southern oregon...blah, blah, blah

Well, that's the first time I've looked.
Pehaps just a general full forum Great Rides and Road Conditions would be better utilized?
I had to stop and think about what area I'd look under, plus I use ESB a lot. I like the Road Cond. on ESB. It's very handy.

How about ather areas? What do you think?

I looked at those. They all have "road condition" (which suggests reporting on traffic, law enforcement, hazards, etc. on well-known roads) and "group ride" sections, but nothing specifically set up for sharing favorite roads.

True but perhaps that could also be turned into a road trip report section? If it gets way too popular then maybe the admin could create its own section?
