Ok, so I guess my little sniping at my pal liable wasn't really a very good introduction.
I came here through a link at the Eugene Sport Bike site. They told me this was their sister site. Has kind of a familiar look. I decided to use the same avatar and sig line that I used over there. I like being confused about where I am, this makes it easy to indulge that particular hobby.
So, I'm in Eugene, been riding more years than I'm willing to admit online. Got a strange collection of two-wheeled hardware that, taken as an aggregate will suggest all sorts of contradictory stuff about who and what I am.
Mostly, I ride my 1982 BMW R100RT (commuting) and my 2003 Aprilia Caponord (commuting, weekend play, trips, one track day -so far-, and any errand that doesn't require hauling more than 4 bags of groceries)
In general, it looks to most people that I'm completely obsessed with motorcycles. That's not the case. I'm merely overly enthusiastic about motorcycles. I do have several other interests in life which recieve some of my attention.
