MEP.... I know we've never met in person but I'm thinking I saw you late last week.........possibly in a "mysterious" meeting.


So, I'm at the Mandarin Cove having lunch and who sits down at the table next to me.......

The former Head Chef of the Portlandia Policia (typed that way on purpose, I don't want anyone to google this in case MEP is working a secret deal, heheheh)

So.......MEP - Was that you? And what -do tell- would you be having lunch with Mr. "Foxy" about at this stage of 'his' career...pending litigation and all.

Causing trouble and getting spicy!

Wasn't me. I have called him on his cell a few times as he is trying to help my jump start my promotion to SGT. Looks like he is going to move me to dayshift as a fulltime acting until I get my real stripes.. He is my precinct commander as of now

Ahhhhhhhhhh - (almost a bummer that it isn't juicy) - but, sounds like you'd have a reason to be having lunch with him anyway.
Damn - oh, well.

But, best to you on working into your stripes.
How is it working with/for him, generally speaking that is? Are most of your brothers/sisters in arms doing alright working with/for him since he stepped down in position/rank?
That has got to be a bit akward for him, but super Kudos for not leaving the department all together - - - DON'T GO OUT LIKE THAT!!!

He is an excellent Precinct Commander. I haven't heard any complaints, and I for one was thrilled when he came over. I was upset about the demothinn but happy he kept his job. That whole deal was so political I was worried for a while.
