Ugh...I have had the un-pleasure of actually meeting him in real life...

anyone who tries to tell me that any liter bike besides a cruiser isn't fast...everything that comes out of his/her mouth after that just floats right on through the cranial cavity and off into space.

It was pretty funny when he showed up here on the board. I hadn't heard (or in this case read) talk like that since I was in So-Central LA. Then I saw his profile pic and you can imagine my shock when i saw he was white... or is it albino? Then he said something to the site owner and I, being the good administrator I am pointed out he shouldn't be talking that way to the owner. Well, him not realizing I can do magic things you can imagine how it rapidly went south for him.

I kind of wish he'd pop back in, I haven't had that kind of entertainment for some time.

But yeah, he showed up on one of the other, bigger local boards and promptly had a couple hundred people landing on him like we did.

But to answer your question about eastern Oregon riders, FZ5gurl is in Bend as are a couple of other members that float in and out, I think that's about as far east as I can think of. Unless you count that some of us make pretty regular runs to the Maupin/Fossil/John Day area.

Haha! it is very woodlandsy out here. Some pretty good riding too but I haven't explored everywhere yet.

One of my favorite roads out in eastern land is HWY 207 from Spray to Heppner. I'm from John Day so I know a lot of sweet roads out that way :yes:

hmm...I don't think I've been on that road...most of the ones I've explored are either up in the walla walla valley or over here in the Grande Ronde and Wallowa valley area.

there's a road through the wallowas that I hear is an excellent road for sportbike riding that I plan to go check out as soon as I get my bike fixed...

I do have to admit that I did get one good piece of info from him...a good site to get tools for suspension which I needed so I could get the spring compressor to disassemble my forks.

Which BTW just got here today so I know what I'm gonna be doing this weekend! Now I just need to get some non-egged out needle jets, and solve my tach issues...
