I currently have two engine stands. On holding up my fresh 396 and another with a junk 455 olds. With the 396 going into it's new home soon and the 455 going to scrap I have one too many. Anybody need one? If ya want, you can have the junk 455 and I can throw in spare 350 and 396 blocks. All 3 are scrap value but it would pay you to take them at that point.

The 455 was the hi-perf engine with the rare self ejecting piston option, came with the boat the 396 is going in. The 350 sat in a corner of the garage and developed a surface rust issue with the bores that I don't think is salvageable and the 396 block is a mock up block I've kept around so I didn't have to futz with a good engine when doing custom engine mounts.
BTW, came accross my cam card for the new engine. Custom Chet Herbert grind, adv duration 296/306 .553/.571 lift on 110 centerline and 108 seperation angle. Combine that with the rough calculated c/r of 10.8:1 and this thing should create some serious noise pollution.
