im headed back to bend again and am going to have to load my bike up, i was hoping to ride it, i love that ride so much, id do it in the rain also but the santiam pass gets icey .

I wanna go!!! I have had a hankering for Central Oregon... Maybe catch some good thunderstorms, or some beautiful blue sky. Smell the juniper in the air, and go see some gorgeous mountains and lakes... *sigh*

well thats funny cuz my place is out in the country and there are giant windows and deer are always out under the junipers eating 5 feet away. i saw a wolf trying to get something from a tree a few weeks ago, i love it there but its so far away from portland

Because it is so far away from Portland, makes it perfect!!! That would have been awesome to see a wolf. I love looking at the stars at night, and the very kewl storms that go rolling thru. Sat up on the rim of Prineville one time, (actually looking down into Prineville) and watched a huge cumulus cloud with lightning in it. Everytime the lightning would strike the rim across from us, the radio would quit for about 5 seconds. That was so pretty to watch. Swimming in the Wickiup Reservoir is fun too, as well as hiking the Obsidian trail up by Paulina Lake... *sigh*
Been to the Lava Tubes yet?

ive done nothing there really, it was an act of healing that brought me to that place in my life, i love the peace of it there and the solitude has been so unexpectedly free. so in the future, ill go kayaking through town maybe hiking etc. if it warms up before i end up closer to my kids in clackamas again

I am still not 100% sure about going, but if I do you can totally tag along. But you might have to fight Keshtie for shotgun and the heated seat. :popcorn:

i rode bit^& once, my chain broke on a 200 mile ride and had to have my bike towed back to milwaukie, i rode with my sunglasses and helmet on in shame and every time the guy slowed down i slid forward, needless to say i showered many times when i got home, i did go see a counselor for it and am taking one day at a time

Back on track..My Spring starts this Saturday as far as I'm concerned..lol..
