They're for the Blackbird...I thought I had a new OEM front wheel, but it's for a 99-up (fuel injected front wheels are different than on carbureted bikes - figure that one out). Custom wheel choices for the Bird are...Limited. I wanted something nice and shiny but minimalist - not something gaudy that looks like it just wheeled out of the barrio.

Once on the bike they will spin, so in the litteral sense of the word yes, they are in fact spinners
