Going out to take care of my horse tonight, we passed a woman stopped on a gravel road preparing to turn onto the road. It was just out of Canby.
This woman had NO gear on. What so ever. No helmet. The child was just as gearless, except she had a BICYCLE RIDING HELMET on. Not even strapped on. The reason I saw this much was because we were slowing down to turn, as they were waiting. We heard her in the distance tearing it up.
What a fucking moron. I can't believe people would let their children ride like that... :yell:
