My name's Jon, I'm a photographer by day and a dabbler in things that go fast by night. Been riding and wrenching on bikes of most all sorts since I was 7, that was almost 30 years ago. My first "job" was actually going through carbs for the neighbor that had a bike shop. People were pretty shocked to come pick up their bikes and see a little kid tuning it lol

So anyway I got tired of riding barcaloungers with H-D badges on the side all the time and just added a 97 CBR1100XX to my stable, and I'm looking forward to getting back to some warp speed fun (I had a 95 ZX11, and a GPZ900 before that).

I feel like a rank amateur on two wheels again, but DAMN GINA it sure is fun!

Yeah for sure! I'm usually closer to Salem than Portland so trying to get scheduling to happen to get together and experience the Baystr/Mosser show in person...lol

The Bird's ripe and ready to eat now, I gave it one hell of a haircut removing about 30 feet of extra wiring that included a bunch of crappy "show LED" lights and a freakin' tach-synched vibrator that was wired into the pillion seat :wtf:
