The female was an 18 year old woman from Canby.

The rider was a 20 year old male and I'm not sure who and the Female passanger was 18 and a daughter to someone who works at the same plant I do here at PCC.

Don't know a whole lot just that the rider was being a bit reckless and made a bad decision that cost them both...
