Welcome to the forum! A 600 isn't small. A 250 is, and I can 'sorta' keep up with the big boys now. It's not really about size, its about skill.

Haha, I have a 2000 CBR 600 F4... If that makes you feel any better! :haha:

Welcome along! And actually, I haven't quite made it out on the streets yet, but hopefully I will soon here!

Have you taken a Team Oregon course yet??? I did, and it was awesome. Some of the people in my class were idiots (other riders), but it was fun. The best part was the guy who came in with all his motorcycle gear acting like he knew it all and he's been riding for so long and blah blah blah.... He dropped the dual sport he was on TWICE and got KICKED OUT OF THE CLASS!!! I hate stupid people.... Anyway, it was entertaining though! :haha:

We typically ride around town.... The longest ride we made together was from Ellensburg, WA back to Portland.... But it got split up by a night. We really rode from Ellensburg to the Dalles, stayed in a hotel, then the Dalles to Portland. We haven't done a lot of "sightseeing" on my CBR yet.... And I haven't had much of a chance to ride yet... But we'll see soon.

How about you? Where do you ride down there?

Interesting choice of words :haha: I'm sure there's quite a few ppl here that will rub off on you :naughty: Seriously though :welcome: and as Jane said a 600 isn't very small. I don't understand why people want an 08 or 09 1000 anything  The newer 600's pump out plenty of pony's to get you in more than enough trouble. At least you've got the right idea  Skills not speed. Who cares if you can do 150mph  but can you confidently double and add 15 to all the suggested corner speed signs :rad:
