Just wanted to sing some praises for newenough.com, as I'm quite pleased (if not astonished) by their response, and action. A+ for customer service!!!

I would like to enquire about a warranty return for:
Joe Rocket Sonic Boots ~ JRB757-2009; Black, Size 09 (BK09)
Purchased 4/29/08
As of 6/22/08 I noticed that both boots are starting to break apart where the calf protection meets with the lower half of the boot. (Please see attached photos).
These boots have not been in a crash, or used abnormally, and are otherwise perfect.
I would like to see if I can get these replaced, and if I have an option would even prefer to get the Meteor boots (size 9) instead of a replacement set of Sonics if that is an option.
Please let me know what my options are for this issue,

Hi Matt,
I am very sorry about that. That would be no problem at all to get a
pair of the Meteor boots out to you in size 9 which I will do today. I
will also email you a return shipping label for you to get the Sonic
boots back to us at no cost to you at swell. We have actually removed
the Sonic boots from our website since you ordered them due to this
issue with those boots. I will get the Meteor boots on the way to you
today and I will also refund you the difference in the cost of the boots
of $18.00 when the Sonic boots get back here. My apologies for this,
but I will get you taken care of today. Thank you.
