I'm getting rid of my SCUBA addiction to feed my motorcycle addiction.

Use to do that some years back. Looks like a good deal though. I know for sure the vest alone new runs $400 and better. Yup, and that wasn't the high end either. The suit I had was about $300 though..So yeap..good deal. I don't think there isn't much good diving here though. Too cold. Good luck.:rad:

Yeah, my checkout dives up at Mikes Beach Resort.. the water temp was near the 30's. :eek2: But that's why you gotta have a dry suit in the PNW!!

The guy in my avatar mistakenly shot a scuba diver thinking it was a neutria.
Does that count?

Scuba rocks, as does the rush of 100% O2 with the Draeger LAR V, though you can't get those deep dives in. Sorry to hear you are giving up diving, why not do both?

Together is MUY expensive. Plus, it is much easier to get out for a ride than it is to get up to the 'Sound or Hoods Port to do some decent diving.
Not that I'm giving it up. I'm just giving up my cold water gear. That's basically what I got rid of. I'm still certified and have certs in dry suit, nitrox, deep, navigation, and night diving.

Excellent. Yeah, I have slowed down on the diving over the years and sadly the same with riding, though I still have a few bikes. Work and this going back to college thing is just too time consuming.

Yeah, lots of things going on.. and it doesn't seem to be slowing down so I had to drop something... Just having all that equipment sitting there was killing me every time I walked by it. The guy who bought it drove up from Eugene and he looked giddy as a school girl. I was reminded of when I first got it. It was great to see.

Good to hear you made that dude happy and a little extra cash is always nice to have. Just sold two bikes and might be doing another along with the toy hauler. Just living, diesel, paying the mortgage, bills and misc. shi-ite is just too expensive anymore.
