I thought that I would put this out there for people who wanted to do or had time to more than just "A Taste of Racing".... You learn so much more at a trackday. I just suggest thaT one starts out in the "C" group, unless you are a very quick racer already... They may seem a little costly if you have never done it before but it is a much better and far cheaper place to go fast than on the streets:cop-car: :help2: :wife: .
These are the ones that I know of and their websites::3cycle:

1) PSSR- Great place to learn http://www.pssrtrack.com/

2) MotoCorsa- A lot of fun/great people http://www.motocorsa.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=content.trackDays

3) Cascade Track time- I haven't done personaly but they seem pretty good at a fair price http://cascadetracktime.com/ti/cascade/index.html

4)Mike Sullivan- Great guy, Very knowlegable, One can learn lots, Great Price (Trackday time normally goes on inbetween race school sessions)
http://www.sullivanraceschool.com/

So there it is... There is a time and a place to ride fast and Like A Crack addict I would verbally push track days for all types of riders... Also my hat is off to those groups that put these on for us they have my deepest respect and gratitude....

Thanks for supporting our sport and providing the time and place to ride fast safely.

Zoom Zoom new riders school. If you can travel and have some time, I suggest Thunder-hill, Willows California and Zoom Zoom NRS (Z2 on the web) They have good instructors, they keep you away from the racers and all the other people who think they can ride. Class room throughout the day and a good even pace. The track has a lot to offer with elevation changes, sweepers and tight turns. Fun track....

Keigwins at the track, again at Thunder-hill, is good, but you will get put out with some sandbagers on a track you probably don't know. If you comfortable with being passed at speed, it's OK.

Cascade, well, its fast and since they don't have a C group anymore, you are stuck riding with the folks that don't want to mix it up with the racers. But, if you have the skill, its a kick in the a$# and your riding level will increase a-lot by being out with faster riders.

Good luck and see you at the track......
