Has anyone dealt with this site before? I ordered a sprocket and chain set more than over a week ago ( more like almost 2 weeks.) They said the thing was in stock. That it is usually sent out within 1 to 4 days. So yours trully paid up front .
Well, given that. I waited. Well, now it should have been here..But, nothing.
Just wondering if anyone ran into this kind of trouble when dealing with them. I had to email them asking whats up. "Their" reply was someone will promptly be "emailing" me soon... Is that prompt ? I actually have a lot of patience.
Just don't want to end up being ripped off and still no sprocket and chian set which is badly needed. You can hear noise after shifting into 3rd gear. Like it is saying..." I'm about to snap here !" :yell:
Also if anyone has any better place to get one let me know. I'm pissed ! I just want to get things ready..But oh no, now I gotta deal with "prompt service" after nearly 2 weeks. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow...I want to:ride: not :crash: ..:mecry:

Uhm NK I don't see what site you are talking about.......
I;m sure there are better places everywhere but when ordering things on line...it's not uncommon to be out at least three weeks.

Its at the top of the post...Ridegear.com
The thing is , I could handle that if that is what was said. I've been told one thing and whoever or whatever not backing up their word is what got my goat. I'm funny like that..:shifty:

If you paid with a credit card, could just call the card company and have them cancel the payment, I'll bet ridegear gets ahold of them/you really quick. ;)

Didn't you just answer your question right there? Usually 1 to 4 days (not including weekends) plus shipping of 2 days (not including weekends). So if you get it within 10 days then you are right on time if not then I guess there was a delay somewhere. Did they give you a tracking number?

Well, maybe I forgot to add that they said it was in stock when I ordered it. And that they would send out a confirmation number. That just came on Monday only after I complained.
I was just wondering if anyone dealt with them before and how reputiable they are. :idunno:
