it seemed like they were gonna keep the track and try to attract more racing events and auction off other pieces of the land.

Are we the only two people who saw it that way. They are going to keep the track as a track there is just 588 acres of land that are connected by the track. So someone here should go buy an acre or so right next to T3 and let us all come watch the races.
