My son's turning 15 and I want to by him a car so I'm selling my '04 KTM 200 EXC. It has a whopping 41.3 hours on it, all on easy trails. I probably put about 20 hours on it following my son and his friends around in the woods when they were learning how to ride. When he outgrew his KTM 105, I put him on the 200 and I bought an '07 KTM 250 XCW. I bought my Paul Smart shortly after getting the 250, and suddenly stopped riding in the dirt. I put 8 hours on the 250 in the time that it took me to put 15,000 miles on the Ducati so I decided to trade the 250 in on my Aprilia. Now it's time to sell the 200.

The only damage on the bike is a dented pipe. It had a dent in the left side of it when I bought it, then it tipped over in my trailer and dinged up the right side the first time I took it out. It runs fine as is, but I'm happy to replace it for the new owner.

I'm selling it for $3500 with a new exhaust on it. I take $3300 for it as is. It has new tires, heated grips, ASV levers, EE skid plate, fender mounted tool kit, KTM handguards, and a slave cylinder protector (that still needs to be mounted). The chain and sprocket are in good condition.

nice bike!!!! if it was the 450 id be very interested..but the 200 is to small.

I'm 6'5", 265lbs and it hauls me anywhere I need to go. It's actually got a higher top speed than my '07 250 XC-W had (the 250 only had a five speed vs. the 200's six speed).

I was nervous that it would be underpowered when I bought it. I didn't need to be. It's almost as strong as a 250 two-stroke with the weight and handling of a 125. A little tuning of the powerport and the right pipe and it will run with anything. Remember, it's not who makes the most power, it's who makes the right power.

I posted this a while back and it didn't sell. I didn't really try to sell it very hard because I hate to let it go. I love this bike. It handles like a 125 and has almost as much power as a 250. Hell, it has more top-end speed than the 250 I bought when I gave this one to my son.

I just put a new FMF Gnarly pipe on it. I'm including the gear you see in the picture. It includes brand new, never worn Alpine Star boots sz 11, two pairs of pants (one never worn), a jersey, a helmet, gloves, chest protector, knee guards, the briefcase that comes with the bike, pipe-plug to keep water out when you wash it, a slave cylinder guard, an aluminum loading ramp (not pictured).

The bike has 40 hours on it. The tires are virtually new. The chain and sprockets are in great shape. It has heated grips and hand guards, and it has the fender mounted tool kit.

I need $3300 out of the deal. I'm willing to trade it (and up to $2000) for the right small car or small truck (something that would be a nice, reliable first car for one's only child). I'm also willing to consider a trade for the right street bike, again, something that would be a good first bike. I'm thinking a sporting or dual sport single, small twin, something like that.

Dr,
If it had street legal supermotard potential I'd be all over it! I'd really like to find a nice 450'ish sized motard but have considered the 250's just because of their weight and the fuel injection...
Good luck!

OK, I've had a few drinks, I'm bored, and I want to stir things up for somone. This weekend only, someone who can put cash in my hand by Tuesday can have the bike only for 2100.00.
