whats rep power?
This is what it says in the "About Reputation Power" page:
User Reputations:
our user reputation system provides a way of rating users based on the quality of their posts. Users on your forums can add or subtract reputation points from other users by clicking the reputation link in their posts. You can set restrictions on the giving and taking away of reputation points by users in Admin options.
User reputations allow the users in your community to tell us which users are quality and which users are not. And in response to user feedback, you have the ability to label and reward users for the quality of their posts, as is indicated by their reputation.
You can label quality users by defining reputation levels in the User Reputation Manager. User reputation levels work very similar to user titles and user ranks in that they are an indicator of status that are displayed next to names in posts.
You can reward quality users by creating promotions on the Promotions page. Promotions are used to change a user's group memberships when they meet certain conditions, one of which can be their reputation level. Because forum permissions can be controlled with group memberships, a user's reputation in conjunction with promotions can be used to control a user's forum permissions. And so by using a combination of user reputations, promotions, and group permissions, you can enable your community to reward and punish good and bad posters on your forums.
This is the current setting for rep power points, and any of it can be changed.
User is infamous around these parts at -999999 Rep points
User can only hope to improve at -50 Rep points
User has a little shameless behaviour in the past at -10 Rep points
User is an unknown quantity at this point at 0 Rep points
User is on a distinguished road at 10 Rep points
User will become famous soon enough at 50 Rep points
User has a spectacular aura about at 150 Rep points
User is a jewel in the rough at 250 Rep points
User is just really nice at 350 Rep points
User is a glorious beacon of light at 450 Rep points
User is a name known to all at 550 Rep points
User is a splendid one to behold at 650 Rep points
User has much to be proud of at 1000 Rep points
User has a brilliant future at 1500 Rep points
User has a reputation beyond repute at 2000 Rep points
:cool:Cool website! I like the graphics on the top!

I didnt think of any of that. Its just a setting in the forum software I use. This is the latest version of that particular software and has a few new nifty additions to it. The one for ESB also has this but I just dont have it turned on at this time.
Glad everyone is likeing it so far. I have alot to setup still. Like the smileys. I have to add them all yet, and do a few more settings.
Bare with me. thanks everyone for your support!:)
