Ahhhhh.....the elusive suspension settings. I have become more and more concerned with my suspension settings with the high number of downed R1's this past summer. Then a valued member of our group pointed me to Sport Rider and there was an awesome suspension guide. I have weeded this page down and am reposting it here for anyone to check out.
Ever wonder what would be a good starting point for your suspension setup? Well here is a list of some of the most popular sportbike suspension settings. Remember this is just a starting point for your fine tuning. Goodluck :thumbup:

I just went out and looked at my bike and I know this is just a starting point but dam my bike is way off. So when I get my rear tire fixed I'll be reseting and starting from scrach. Thanx Mike:thumbup:

Yep, Spent a couple of hours setting my suspension up as recommended yesterday. When you go to do yours, make sure you have your owners manual handy. It helps to have it as a reference. :thumbup:
