read mens health magazine. They are all about health and fitness and have a lot of good info on nutrition, different exercises etc. unlike those "muscle" mags which teach you how to cope with roid rage...lol... kidding but probably not too far off. Something that really worked for me a few years back was daily push ups, arm curls, and weight bench. Obviously it wont do anything for your lower body but you will get great results for upper body. But if you stay at it too long you will need to switch things up a bit because your body will get used to the same routine and your progress will slow down. But like I said, it worked wonders on my upper body. Now just need to get back into it..lol... Oh, and congrats on losing the weight..

ha ha ha now thats funny. Sorry MEPS but he does have a god point. J/K

Now on the serious side, You have to get some exercise at least 45 min. to an hour a day. Gym, cardio, ect. Make sure your diet is decent. That means little to no fatty foods, mayo, butter, candy, Alcohol ect. 6 small meals a day. up your protien either with food or a shake. Their is a new shake out called Muscle milk stuff rocks tastes good with all the nutrition you need. If you don't want to bulk up lower weight and do more reps. Nutrition is the key element in looking good and being healthy. You can lift all day long but without the proper nutrition you will only get minimal results. Its really hard to tell you exactly what you need to do without knowing what you are thinking. Are you a member of a gym? Are you thinking of doing pushup and run at the local park? Honestly I am way more dedicated if I go to the gym. I'm paying for it and their are hot girls their. Two good reasons to go everyday. :) Not sure if this helps? You look like your off to a good start with the diet. Good luck.

do cardio. Run, sit ups and free weights. use less weight and more reps and it will tone your muscles more. Eat more. may want to consider a penile enlargement if you want to get past the bar scene and into the bedroom...

replace mayonnaise with sour cream.
replace eggs with Egg Beaters.

Bolthouse Farms has great drinks called "Perfectly Protein" for $3.29
(Wal-Mart produce section).. 42 grams of protein per bottle, very
healthy and super delicious. Excellent in place of a fattening lunch.

Bob's Red Mill (5209 International Way-Milwaukie) is a great retail store.
They sell fantastic ingredients for cooking healthy. Rockin' breakfast
restaurant there too!

Okay here's my 2 cents on this issue.

I think as long as you hit the gym and lift weights, you will bulk up.

When I was into lifting I did a week of heavy with less reps (for muscle build up) and then a week of light but more reps (for fat burn and muscle definition) and then repeat the process again.

Before I lifted I always did 20 minutes on the bike for cardio, stretch and then hit the weights, and then 20 minutes of cardio after workout and stretch. Stretching helps your muscle not bunch up and puts oxygen into the muscles.
I tried to carb up right before light lifting (for more energy) and eat protein for the heavy week.
Eating right was my only issue because I love junk food, but that will burn when you lift, especially light days.

Anyway, I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Have fun!!
