In my case, airbox cover bag. HD riders usually don't need them since they've got more bags than HP, but i'd like to keep my clean lines of the bike. Any recommendations? Hopefully something easy to get on and off, but holds a lot?
Thanks!

im not sure what options you have for that tank. They do make small bags that go on the front forks. You might look for a tail bag that straps around the rear seat.

I use a Joe Rocket "Manta" for my man purse. It's enough to hold a few small things like my sunglasses and 20 oz soda bottle with seperate pockets for my cell phone and ID's, smokes, whathave you. Yet it's not big enough to get in my way.
About $40 locally or $30+shipping online

Not sure if you knew, but the airbox cover is aluminum and non-magnetic. I know some V-Rod owners have used epoxy to glue rare earth magnets to the underside of the airbox cover to allow the use of magnetic tank bags. If you don't go that route, you're stuck with strap-on tank bags.
The denim paint holds up really well to any potential rubbing, but I'm paranoid about the gloss stripes.

I figured out the airbox cover wasn't magnetic, just the two fenders, but we've got some VERY strong magnets. I was thinking about going with the straps anyway though. Want to make sure it has some sort of material that resists scratching on the bag, or else go with a 3m clear underneath it.

Neoprene works well to prevent scratches.
Also with magnets, any fleck of metal that gets stuck to the magnet is gonna do a number on your paint!
