What albums from your past do you miss? Have you re-aquired it yet?

Every now and agian I'll hear a song on the radio or talk about a band with some friends and get the "Damn, I loved that album" feel. I just recently re-aquired one. What's yours?

Picked me up Dead Kennedy's, Plastic surgery disasters and In god we trust. Love all over again.

Okay - maybe a bit odd - BUT(t)....

I grew up in a superReligious home where only Christian music was permitted sooooooo.

My childhood album would be any Petra / Russ Taft / Amy Grant / Stryper "tape".

My sister and I would have them coordinated with each other. We would request "tapes" only, no vinyl.

Then we knew what artist had what album on it (taped over it)

For example: I'd ask my sister if I could borrow her Amy Grant tape, she would say SURE....our parents were so proud we were sharing our christian tapes with each other...... Little did they know that behind those walkman headphones was KISS Animalize !!!!!!
*** Can I get a :rad: ROCK-N-ROLL Scream!!!!!

Amy Grant was either Kiss or Motley Crue
Russ Taft had Foreigner and Journey
Stryper had Ratt and Poison
Petra had Journey and misc.radio recordings

That's kind of how it went down.....

And the Lord sayeth unto CJ "Cast away Amy Grant!! and replace the music on thy tape. May the Crue be with you".
