what is wrong with this POS????

ok, so i'm riding today and the bike just dies. loses electric, bike stalls, i get nothing with the key turned, and it's been on the charger or a few hours.:yell:
any ideas about what could be wrong? let me know what you think. thanks.




the only up-side to this is that i got a wheel chalk a month ago, and my ramp came in 3 days ago. at least i was able to get it home easily.

My R1 did that too.

The Geltype battery reversed the polarity. (collapsed cell)

this is the third battery in 9 months then.

You should be able to get it replaced then, most batteries come with at least a 90 day warranty on them, depending on where you get it of course.

yeah, i've done that before, but i'm sick of having to change the battery all the time. i'd like to know what's causing the problem so i can fix it.

the battery is good and so are the fuses in the fuse panel.

stupid ignition switch.

i did learn something new about my bike. it has the factory air cleaner and spark plugs. i guess its time to go shopping.
