View Full Version : Deadly motorcycle crash on Morrison Bridge

Today 4:45 pm.
A motorcyclist was killed in a crash Monday after the rider was thrown from the bike on to the road below the Morrison Bridge.
The accident happened around 4:45 p.m.

It was not immediately clear how the crash happened.
A fatal crash investigation was under way.

I cannot believe how bizarre this is. They can't tell if he was initially on the Morrison bridge or the I5 onramp there. Either one, he went over and landed on Water St stairs below.

Daniel was just a beautiful human being. I have ridden with him many times and will miss his touching smile.

His sister Ingrid read the comments here and on .ws and has asked me to post this for her:

"Thankyou Jody, I read the comments and they are so sweet and much appreciated by me. Daniel was wonderful, and he did make friends wherever he went. My dad always rode motorcycles and Daniel grew up with them. He always wanted a bike and he finally decided to get it, it was at such a painfull time in his life and riding was an out for him. Please tell everybody that I would like them to Mail me letters, tell me how you knew him and how he was with you. I want to save them and make copies for all his children, so that they can see their father through the eyes of all he loved and was a friend too. Nothing it to small everything matters to me and I would be so greatfull. My address is

My family will contribute in any way we can. Daniel didnt have alot so maybe we can help with the funeral if its needed, i got an email from his sister try to remember her in your prayers, i can only imagine...

So sorry for all that lost Daniel. It seems he left this world after touching people with warmth and thoughtfulness.
My thoughts go out to all close to him and I hope his family finds Peace soon.
