I like Scholls over bald peak myself. That's a nice one. You're not too far from Hagg lake. That ride's pretty sweet. Keep your eyes posted on the gatherings and you'll find some sweet roads that way. Nice HD, you'll have to post pics of the chopper when you get it.

Thanks man. I'm building the West Coast myself, buying parts little by little when I have extra dough.

depends on how far u wanna ride
lots of great twisties
like V8 said it really depends on where your looking. 53-47 are great but can take a bit of time. scholls is a fun ride, but much shorter, germantown has some fun spots..are you looking for day rides or just hour scoots?

Few hours on the weekend will be nice. I've been to germantown but I would like wider & not too many blind corners I guess I need to hook up with you guys sometimes but I don't have a full face helmet yet:)

Hey Chopp,
That Bobber's looking good!!
I saw an ad in CL last week, a guy built a Rigid with a Buell front end, I think he got the motor from an older softail, drag pipes that was wrapped, kick start, drag bars and that old school steel seat!
That thing was low and mean!
I don't usually like harleys, but this bike had that "DFWM" look to it ya know??
BTW, head northeast out of town towards Amboy, I'm not sure what hiway it is, and you'll find what you're looking for...
ciao
