I must say, I have been to numerous track days last year, (Well 8 to be exact) and the only ones who go are the Kneedragger and Poisonivy. I read a lot on this board how everyone wants to go, but there are only a few that have made the jump. It's not that bad and once you do it, you will be hooked for life. Just ask the ones I coaxed into going last year. (Ledkat, Gravy, Jason). All I can say is STEP UP POSERS!!! Time to ride. The Poisonivy and I are going to Thunderhill on May 28, (Keigwins at the Track) plenty of room in B- and in A/B. We will be in B. / There is another one on June 11, Kneedragger and I are going down to the Thunder again (This is the draggers third time to the big T). Cascade Track Days is hosting several days, April 23 (Looks like Rain though) May 7, and several others. Reno Fernley is coming along with the new Oregon Raceway in August. I working on a trip down to Pahrump, Nevada in October - "Yeah Baby", Vegas and Riding all in the same weekend. I don't want to sound like I'm picking on anyone, I'm just calling u-all out, POSERS!!!!! Yeah, nice to finally meet you Eric. Easter was a good ride. I already dragged my wife in here earlier tonight to show her the trackday requirements so she knows I'm not lying just so I can buy more gear:lol:
Really cant wait. Just gotta make sure I'm geared up and the bike is completely ready. I'm pretty sure I'll be able to do june 25th, though.

You'll have to show me the roads over your way this summer, I love riding to the coast when the weather is good.

im hoping to do two track days this year. Being a 20 something bachelor I cant afford to play as often as some people. Someday Ill make it down to T-hill or Miller. Vegas and a track day sounds bitchin!

Poison, see you at PIR on the 23, I guess Juan, Mike and Shawn are headed up to PIR to KICK U Ares. LOL. Regardless I'll be there. You might have to hold me up at the start, since I get off work at 3 am that morning and then have to drive 200. miles to get there. I guess it's nothing like the POSSERS have to go through who wont show up. This is an invitation to come and take advantage of an old man that should be tired, but don't count on it. Later. Poisonivy, myself, and several Southcoastsportbikers, including the famous Trailer Trash Mike and the Sapphire Manettii and the Rash-master, will be at PIR on Monday, April 23. If anyone has nothing else to do, please drop by. It's a good photo opp. We will be there until 5:30pm. You can't miss us, we will be hanging out with the old guy the one with the walker (Poisonivy). Good times for all. Next track-day, May 28, Thunderhill, the following June 11, Thunderhill. - - Myself, Posionivy, Kneedragger and several other will be there. I am really very sorry that I haven't met any of you yet because I was there yesterday and I would have come to say hello if I knew who you were. Anyway, yesterday was a beautiful day and I am spent. They had two groups, so it was 30 minutes of riding every hour and they let us licensed racer ride for 55 minutes straight from 12:35 to 1:30. Needless to say, I'm dragg'n ass today.

jorge- i think i saw you & your bike, but i wasnt sure, so i didnt come say hello... next time we'll have to make sure of who is going and tell everyone what everyone else's rides look like so that we can all meet up!! it would be awesome if we could really bring all the groups together and have some more bonds created! :blah-blah: :)

Agreed, I think of this forum as a "clubhouse" communication device and from time to time we actually need to meet up and have some laughs and share some outrageous lies and stories about this motorcycle addiction we all have in common. Of course we should try to meet up and go on rides when the weather is nice, but track days are the best opportunity, and it would have been fun to pit up together so we could have a bunch of pictures to post up and make some of the other jealous that they didn't join us. I'll post up a pic of my and my bike in the next couple of days so you'll know if you saw me.
